Dec 18th Shipping Update:
-All orders thru Dec 18th have been shipped!
-We ship out the same day your postage is printed, so if you see the "Pre-Shipment" message on the USPS tracker that says your item has not been dropped off yet, disregard it. That is just their generic message when they don't scan packages.
-Please be aware of USPS tracker lag during the holidays, which may show your item in "Pre-Shipment" or "In Transit" for days (even a week) before showing any updates. This is normal during the holiday season, as USPS doesn't scan all items as they should. It doesn't mean your item is sitting in one place, but it is en route, and will arrive regardless of whether or not it updates on the tracker.
-Please also be aware that Priority 2-3 Day is taking some customers from 3 day to as long as 18 days. This is why we discourage ordering online this week if you need it before Christmas, as Priority 2-3 Day may not be enough. First Class (3-5 days) may take 2-3 weeks. The good news is we are following along all packages with these issues, and so far they are arriving per our customers. So if you have a similar issue with the USPS tracker appearing "stuck", just keep an eye on the tracker and your mailbox. It will eventually arrive!
